How to enter
Entries earned through orders
Participants receive entries when completing eligible orders on the swapped.com website:
1 entry per 1 EUR of completed order value
Entries from an order apply to:
The Daily Giveaway for the date the order was completed (UTC); and
The Weekly Giveaway, provided that the order is completed on or before 21 December 2025 at 23:59 UTC.
Orders completed after 21 December 2025 do not contribute to any weekly prize draw.
Free entry without purchase (social media or physical mail)
Participants may earn free entries through one or more free-entry methods, subject to the rules below.
2.1. Free Entry via Social Media
Participants may earn one (1) free entry per platform by completing the following actions:
Follow Swapped on Instagram at: @swappedcom → 1 free entry
Follow Swapped on X.com (Twitter) at: @swappedcom → 1 free entry
Following on both platforms grants 2 total free entries.
2.2. Free Entry via Physical Letter
Participants who have not received any free entries via social media may instead earn one (1) free entry by sending a handwritten or printed letter containing:
Full name
Country of residence
Email linked to their Swapped account
The statement: “I wish to enter the December Giveaway without making a purchase.”

Free Entry Limitations:
Each social media platform followed = 1 free entry
Following both = 2 free entries total
The physical letter entry is allowed only if the participant has not obtained any free entries via social media
Maximum free entries per participant = 2 (Instagram + X.com)
The physical letter method cannot be combined with social-entry methods
Attempts to obtain additional free entries may result in disqualification.
Prizes
Daily Prizes (1–25 December)
300 USD worth of cryptocurrency, awarded each day.
Weekly Prizes
1,000 USD worth of cryptocurrency, awarded on:
Sunday, 7 December
Sunday, 14 December
Sunday, 21 December (final weekly prize)
No weekly prizes are awarded after 21 December.

Winners may choose any cryptocurrency supported by Swapped, as listed at:

Total prize pool exceeds 10,000 USD.
Giveaway period
The Giveaway runs from 1 December 2025 at 00:00 UTC until 25 December 2025 at 23:59 UTC.

Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to individuals who:
Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their country of residence); and
Reside in a jurisdiction where participation in prize promotions is legally permitted.
Employees, contractors, agents, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Winner selection
Daily winners are selected from entries received between 00:00–23:59 UTC of that day.
Weekly winners are selected from entries received Monday 00:00 UTC through Sunday 23:59 UTC of that week, with the final weekly period ending 21 December 2025 at 23:59 UTC.
Winners will be notified via email or social media, depending on entry method, within 72 hours of each draw.
Prize Forfeiture:
Winners must respond within 7 days of the notification email.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the winner is deemed to have forfeited the prize.
Prize delivery
Prizes will be delivered to the cryptocurrency address provided by the winner via email or social media, depending on entry method.
The wallet must be able to receive the chosen cryptocurrency.
Once the Organiser transfers the prize to the provided address, the Organiser is not responsible for incorrect or invalid wallet addresses, lost access to wallets, or blockchain/network errors beyond its control.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where legally required.
Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes arising from receipt of a prize.

3. Retention
Data retained only as long as necessary for Giveaway administration and legal compliance (generally up to 90 days after prize delivery).
4. Rights
Participants have GDPR rights including access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
General conditions
The Organiser reserves the right to:
Verify eligibility
Disqualify fraudulent or abusive entries
Modify or cancel the Giveaway in accordance with EU consumer law if necessary
All decisions of the Organiser are final.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, with applicable mandatory EU consumer protection laws applying.
